What is the true cause of anti semitism?

I need and article(or maybe a simple answer-don’t forget to site your source) of the real cause of anti semitsm.

I had read an article by a jewish author treating this very topic, what is the root of anti-semitism, trying to look beyond simplistic notions of jealousy and Jews being the chosen people and all…
look up obscurantism…as one of the previous poster mentioned, Historically, jews have perceived themselves as jews first, and polish/french etc…second. their dietary restrictions meant their interaction with non-jews was very limited.
While most business deals would take place around meals, jews would rarely attend dinner at a non-jewish due to very specific dietary needs. combined with the fact that they had very little alliegance or sense of loyalty to the country where they lived led many to become suspicious of jews…they ate different, they stuck together, they would not come into your house, and in return they would not receive u into theirs….basically, it was perceived that jews were secretive and therefore suspicious. Were they purposely secretive? no…lifestyle and rules governing their activities forced them to adopt the kind of lifestyle which kept them separate from "society"…this according to the author contributed in big part to the rise of antisemitism in Europe, which then spread around.
As to perceived Anti-Semitism in the middle-east, well that is very simply said, a result of the creation of Israel. prior to Israel being created, Jews, Muslims, and Christians lived perfectly well, until the Brits and the UN decided to give a piece of land to ONE group exclusively causing what has bcoming now known as one of the worst humanitarian disasters in recent history.

    Lack of misunderstanding, jealousy…

For instance, in Poland before the Holocaust, you had Poles who were lazy, always drunk with vodka, and didn’t want to read, so the priest read the Bible to him and added his own perspective.

On the other hand, you had Jews who valued hard work, were very literate, and had strong morals and could relate to others. The Polish powers-that-be needed advisors, judges, bankers, and newspaper directors. Because the Jew had knowledge, literacy, and intergrity (and was usually sober), he would get the job and would become successful. The Pole, on the other hand, lived in squalor, and his wife went to work at the Jew’s house as a maid. Now, the Poles have a strong sense of nationality. As a result, he would drink his vodka and lament how the "foreigner" has the upper hand in his own country. Then on Good Friday, the priest would tell his congregation that the Jews killed Jesus, so he and a few buddies get further drunk and go terrorize some Jews, burning their stores and raping their women. When the Pole and his wife have children, he would warn them to stay away from Jews or they will eat them and use their blood to make matzo.

On the other hand, many Jews have always been Jewish first and whatever their host nationality is second. Their hard work and energy would go towards building the Jewish nation–even those who are not religious. People would then perceive them as being clannish and seperatist.

Also, you may want to rethink the term anti-semitism. There are Arabs who hate Jews and love themselves–and Arabs are among the Semitic groups. On the other hand, there are people who hate Jews but have not problem with Arabs or Berbers. Remember what that white seperatist said: "We may not want them marrying our daughters, but you’ve got to respect those who would crash a plane into a building to kill Jews."

The origin of "anti-semitism" is that someone made up a word to demonize anyone who dared to criticize Jews. The same kinds of criticism given to anyone else does not get a special title. Kinda makes you think, doesn’t it? Well, maybe not YOU.
