What would happen to Gaza if Israel and the Palestinian Authority made a peace agreement?

Please don’t say that they never will- this is a hypothetical situation. If Israel and the PA were to make a peace agreement, what would the status of the Gaza Strip be? Obviously, Gaza would be considered part of the Palestinian state. But, the Palestinian Authority (who would have made the treaty) doesn’t control Gaza. So does the international community help the PA retake the Strip? Do they do nothing? What do you think?

Nothing would change as HAMAS led a bloody revolt against Palestine and is for all intents and purposes, separate from them.

How can you be arrested for entering Israel illegally if you’re taken by force from the high seas into Israel?

It’s laughable and pathetic. Israel takes control of humanitarian ships in international waters and then sails those people to Israel under threat of force and then upon being forcibly brought to Israel those activists are arrested and charged with entering Israel illegally? Lol……has Israel totally lost the plot?

I wonder what would happen should any activists refuse to sign voluntary deportation papers and seek to take their illegal capture and nonsensical arrest to the Israeli courts? How would the Israeli courts address such a situation?
Is the question too difficult to answer?

Interesting question! You have me thinking! Any port in a storm. If your boat is sinking and Cuba is the closest shore, You can declair a emergency and beach there. Law of the sea. But against the law of the land. So international law of the sea. Verses national law and interest. Mm United Nations court case would be the only Relief. And unauthorized boarding of a ship,boat on the high seas is piracy. You are allowed to shoot to keep them from boarding, But a merchantman is not allowed to cary cannon as all Navies are to protect them. Interesting to say the least. The case of 20 judges and not a bit of wisdom do’s there seem to be. Got Me!

I think that the Arab Muslims will stop at nothing to make Israel look like the bad guy, What do you think? If any Muslims would like to comment on this subject so that we don’t have to guess,That would be very kind of you.

Boarding boats will not get the message across to the muslims, though meeting their violence with violence temporarily did. Sinking one or two might have a more lasting impression.
