Why is israel refusing any international investigation for ship, if they have nothing to hide then why worry?
Every country is subject for international laws, Iran was under investigating so was Iraq. Why is israel acting like its above the law ?
I’d like to see how far are the Conservative republicans going in making excuses for what so called israel.

If Israel was ever "exposed" it would throw our own country’s government into complete and utter chaos–seeing how we keep covering for Israel’s own brand of injustices.

They have enough to deal with, How would you like it if thousands of rockets landed in your country each year, sometimes killing people.
You would be doing the same thing wouldnt you?
Lets say a drug gang from mexico was firing rockets over the border, because of land disputes dating back to the mexican american wars. One rocket lands by your house and kills your kids or your wife or someone close to you. Would you want the U.S. military to stop rockets from being smuggled into mexico?

The world is disintegrating rapidly now. People who have chosen to live in a narcissistic reality where they don’t have to look at things which their egos don’t want to see are having to dance so ridiculously fast that spotting their insanity is now very easy for anybody inclined to look.
The thing is, those on the dark side won’t give up. They’re actually going to go down blind, singing, "La La La, I can’t HEAR you!" all the way.
For many years, it was possible to live in denial and still appear to be somewhat sane, but not today.

I know you’re guilty of molesting infants, I don’t care what the evidence says.. you are. I think you should undergo investigation for molesting infants.. and I should lead the investigation. If you have nothing to hide.. why worry?
We don’t need to make excuses for Israel, they’ve done nothing wrong. All there is, is a bunch of terrorist sympathizers trying to justify their support for the genocide of Israel.

I think if you actually had real knowledge of this situation you would speak differently.
Here is the truth and the facts.
1. This blockade business is old news. It has been going on for over 3 years.
2. over the last several years the blockade has been in force the Israelis have maintained and enforced the same procedures without violence.
3. They board the boats, search them and make sure that there were not weapons or weapons making materials on board. Then they are released to go on their way.
4. many times during the blockade the Israelis have caught weapons and terrorists being smuggled in through "aid" ships.
5. Naval Blockades are a normal and throughout history this has been common. Some examples are the US was blockaded by english battleships during the revolutionary war. During the Civil War, there were naval blockades Between the North and the South. The US blockaded Cuba prior to and during the Missile Crisis under JFK.
6. Freighters are not usually manned with gigantic crews so there must have been a reason there were over 600 people armed with knives and clubs and ready to fight. They knew and had been told in advance what would happen and they would be boarded for inspection.
7. The photo and video evidence that has been common place on the web shows the Israelis were under attack and records prove they resorted to live fire as a dire last resort. The IDF did not fire until they were forced to.
8. Israel is a Sovereign nation and they have the right defend their rights and security interests just like any other nation. That is what international law says as described by the UN.

Did we allow the Bush administration to investigate themselves and then report on the selling of the country to the oil company’s, or the war-of-choice in the Middle East, or torturing prisoners? Yes, of course. America would not stand for the UN or anyone else ‘investigating’ them and writing a ‘report.’ In the real world the adage ‘Might Makes Right’ is the realistic rule of the day. As regards simple survival, Israeli has a perfect right to defend themselves from misguided efforts to run a necessary blockade.
When the Jews in the Warsaw Ghetto rebelled (even though the situations are hardly comparable), they armed themselves and fought against Nazi SOLDIERS, not innocent civilians. But the Palestinians do not fight according to the Geneva Convention, they fight as terrorists with suicide bombers, rocket attacks on civilians, and fake ‘aid’ convoys meant to create martyrs for propaganda. Let the Palestinians field an army and initiate combat. I would not deny the Palestinians the right to fight for land they consider theirs, but the Palestinians are too weak to win, so they whine to the world media instead. Public opinion rarely wins a war. The Turks should be ashamed that they have allowed Israel’s enemies to mount such a cynical ‘aid’ mission. They have some ’splaining to do.
The idea that somehow the Israelis have no right to the land they now inhabit, and therefore no right to defend themselves and their acquired homeland, is ridiculous. If any country bordering the US were firing rockets over the border–without even the formality of a declaration of war–and killing American citizens, they would be invaded and their leaders deposed and executed. I find it hard to believe that anyone would be able to criticize such an action.
Taking it even further–in anticipation of protests by those who would claim the situations are not comparable–suppose rockets from an Indian Reservation were being launched from the reservation into an American city, killing innocent civilians? Regardless of the past history, involving Americans displacing said Indians and taking over their land by force, invading the attacking reservation and arresting and executing the criminal attackers would still be considered a justifiable reaction. Israel’s situation is no different.
After all, there are very few countries lacking a history similar in this respect. Every nation in North and South America displaced the native population and took over their land. Does this mean that they have no right to defend themselves from attack?
Human history is replete with examples of a weaker people being displaced by a stronger people, from Australia to Britain, and all points in between. In fact, this is a long established tradition of us Homo Sapiens, who began our dominance of the planet by wiping out all the Neanderthals and taking their lands. (While I am in no way comparing Palestinians to Neanderthals, one imagines the Neanderthals appealing to the UN!)
The Palestinians could have peace and their own state anytime they want to. All they need is to get rid of the terrorists who control their politics and sit down in good faith with the Israelis. The other Arab countries also add to the problem by supporting the Hamas terrorists and refusing to resettle the Palestinians in their own countries. They would do this if they really cared about the Palestinians, but they do not. They only care about hating Jews.
The Palestinians, instead of whining about the lost battles of the past, should instead abandon the political leadership that has been unable to redress the situation through terrorism, and give good-faith negotiations a shot. The Israelis are not unreasonable, and would be perfectly willing to come to an equitable resolution of the regions difficulties, if they only had responsible Palestinian leaders to work with.
In conclusion, the Israelis are perfectly within their rights to defend themselves with equal vigilance, utilizing any aggressive means necessary to counter their opponents’ terrorist tactics. Only a person with an unreasonable prejudice against the Israelis could fail to recognize their right to defend themselves and their homeland.
A sovereign state such as the US or Israel answers to no one but themselves. As soon as illogical folks who cannot equate those two things generate the intellectual capacity to realize that, rhetorical questions of no value–such as this one–will cease to fascinate the cognitively challenged among us. Might does indeed make right. Only the weak, or those whose grasp of human history is mediocre at best, whine about it.

This is a horrible analogy. Let me ask you, if the Native Americans had an army which took over your land, forced your family to move out into a refugee camp, and used superior military force to bomb you nearly everyday, what would you do? Do you think making a homemade rocket and shooting it into their area would be such an extreme position then? Put yourself in the Palestinian’s shoes as well before you form an opinion.
Israel has been violating International Law for years, they have not and do not care for international law, except when its convicting Nazi’s.
